The Present Word is a quarterly resource for adult Bible study that dives deep into God’s Word. It is designed by an ecumenical collaborative so that participants in multiple denominations study the same passages at the same time. 

The goal of The Present Word is to engage in study of Scripture to discover its deeper meaning for our world today. 

This Spring Quarter (March–May 2025) we are studying ‘Costly Sacrifices.’ The theme of worship, sacrifices, and offerings runs through the Scriptures. Understanding the Old Covenant sacrifices and offerings is essential to understanding the New Testament’s view of Christ’s sacrifice.

All are invited to participate in as few as one session or as many as all.
